If you're seeing possible mold, staining, moisture, unusual odors, or a problem that keeps returning, an assessment is how you find out what is actually happening. You don't need to be certain there's a problem before reaching out.
What information should I include?
The property location, what you've noticed, where it is, roughly when it started, and anything that may have caused it — such as a leak, flooding, or high humidity. More detail helps us prepare, but the essentials are enough.
Can I send photos?
